Vintage Celluloid or Plaster Soldier Boy Doll with Cloth Body 1920's Uniform

Up for your consideration is a Vintage Soldier Doll.  He is very old and appears to have survived his days of service although he is rather beaten up by his experiences.  He comes to you with a cloth stuffed body 4 buttons down the front of his red top.  The top is trimmed ina white accents as are his blue pants.  He has black shoes and a blue sash tied around his waist.  His head shows signs of age and play wear.  Please note, his nose is scuffed and the tip is missing and his crown has crazing and cracking to the plaster like material.  There is a seam on the side of his head where it shows a hole.  I am unable to identify him.  He is very old and is looking for a new home. He is 12 inches approximately.
