Up for your consideration is a Uneeda Miss Deb doll.  She is 14" tall, has vibrant blue open-close eyes, red hair.  I don't believe her dress is original but it fits her nicely.  She wears pantiloons.  She is in nice collector condition with the exception of her top pontail that is missing from the hole.  That will need a replacement.
