 What a lovely dressy sheer blousy long sleeve button up top in a womans plus size 3X by Coldwater Creek. It is lined in solid black polyester with the outside sheer silk see thru. It is button up with non lined silk sheer sleeves that have a button and ruffles at the sleeve end. There are six rows of ruffles down the front from the collar to the middle of the front, with v neck.  There is a yolk at the upper back.
