Up for your consideration is a fall winter drop waist plaid dress from Hartstrings in a girls size 8. It has a solid navy long sleeve bodice that is 95% cotton, 5% spandex. The navy white red plaid skirt is four ruffles with a bow on the front, material on the skirt is 65% polyester, 35% rayon. Even though this dress was worn twice, there is a wee wee bit of pilling on the bodice, but still in excellent condition.
