Up for your consideration is an Effanbee Patsy Doll.  She measures approximately 13" tall, she has on a Pixie style comable wig, her paint is charmingly adorable with light blush on the cheeks, elbows, and knees.  The wears white socks, white romper under her dress and white skates.  Her babydoll dress is a checkered red floral design.  Please note the panties have stretched elastic.  There are light paint rubs on her leg (please see picture), but otherwise she is in great condition.   Stand not included.
