Up for your consideration is an outfit that will fit a Cabbage Patch Doll.  The top measures approx 6" shoulder to hem, 9" pit to pit, sleeve from shoulder to wrist is 3.5" approx.  The top has hook and loop closure under each of the front buttons.  The pants measure approx 8". from waist to hem and 4.5"m waist to crotch.  Both are in nice gently used condition.
