There are two buckles on the side of each boot, with elastic at the top for ease of wear, side zipper, flat soles, shank is 7.5 inches. These are great cozy cold weather boots that my daughter just grew out of before she was able to wear them. They have never been worn. They will be shipped in a ugg box.
