Up for your consideration is a blue and white heart patterned dress with a strapless style and two buttons in the back.  The Blue jacket has two buttons at the top front.  The dress measures 5.5" from shoulder to hem.  The waist measures 2" flat.  It is in nice gently used condition.  Please note, the white trim is a little off-white in coloring and there is a small spot on the right sleeve near the wrist.
