Up for your consideration is a Haviland Limoges Platter measuring approximately 18.5" x 14" approx.  It is is a beautiful flow blue design with soft scalloped edges.  The scene features the iconic signing of the Declaration of Independence.  No chips, scuffs, cracks, or fleabites.  The base rims show a little discoloration from where it rested on the table, and there are two holes hear the top rim where it can be hung for display.  Quite a beautiful piece.  The surface is free of any blemishes or scuffs.  It's beautiful.  The rim base does have some light rubs and a couple fleabites from resting on a surface but its free of chips or cracks.  It's a stunning piece.
