Vintage Italian Zanini & Zambelli Melanie Doll Italy 23" in gown

Up for your consideration is a a Melaine Doll from the Italian Designer Zanini & Zambelli.  She is stunning. Full Lush hair with floral embellished plantation style had to compliment her hooped ball gown featured in coral pink with purple ruffled trim.  I particularly love her delicate hands and innocent face.  She has her original hooped skirt bloomers socks and shoes.  She has her original body tag still attached.  Stunning.  The only flaw I can find is a small dot on the shoulder of her dress (please see photo).  She measures approximately 23" tall.  She is jointed at the hips and shoulder and her head turns side to side.  Open close eyes and soft glossy lips.  She is beautiful.  Small age spot on the hoop skirt, it does not show on the upper fabric and is not visible when she is standing. I am not 100% for certain, but if I had to guess I would say she is probably from the 1970's.  (stand not included) Please email me with any questions.
